1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the bd435 website located at bd435.net ("the Platform"). 4.3 Withdrawal Rules

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by bd435

bd435 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• An Account being found to belong to a player under the age of 18.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder.
• A court order, law enforcement request, or regulatory requirement directing Account closure.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (e.g., voluntary self-exclusion, or account closure on request), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8.2 Self-Exclusion & Responsible Gaming Closure
